We've actually had a good amount of trouble with our <5 year old Trane, and have had a hard time finding a good service company. I finally decided to go with a Trane certified company and I am glad that I did. Wolfgang has come out and fixed every problem quickly, even when other companies took hours and hours with no results. I am sticking with Wolfgangs for sure!
